• Real-time transaction monitoring with settlements made to verified bank accounts.

We retain the right to add, modify, or discontinue any part of our Services without prior notice.

User Responsibilities

As a registered user, you are expected to:

• Provide accurate, updated business, financial, and contact details.
• Use the Services solely for lawful and legitimate business purposes.

Fees and Settlements

• Applicable service fees are displayed in your Merchant Agreement or within the Dashboard.
• All fees are exclusive of taxes; users are responsible for any applicable taxes.
• Chargebacks are the merchant’s responsibility, and refunds are processed as per internal policies and timelines.
• Any fee changes or revisions will be communicated in advance via email or Dashboard notifications.

Restricted Activities

Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in:

• Illegal, unauthorized, or fraudulent activities.
• Transactions involving restricted goods or services (including narcotics, gambling, adult content, counterfeit products, firearms, or banned items).
• Attempts to hack, manipulate, or compromise system integrity or security.

Consequences of Violation:

• Temporary or permanent suspension of the account.
• Withholding of funds pending investigation.
• Initiation of legal action under applicable law.

Fraud Prevention and Risk Management

To ensure secure transactions, we employ advanced fraud prevention systems, including:

If suspicious or high-risk activities are detected:
